Customer Scans QR Code
Customers use their own mobile phone to scan your QR code displayed at the counter or table. No app download needed.
Fill Up Details & Choose Slot
The system captures their name, contact number, preferred reservation slot, party size, and any additional requests you configure.
Receive Confirmation via WhatsApp
Once you confirm the reservation in the dashboard, the system automatically sends a WhatsApp confirmation to your customer.
Receive Reminder via WhatsApp
A configurable period before the reservation, the system sends an automatic WhatsApp reminder to reduce no-shows.
One platform — Reservation works with Queue and Survey too
Reservation Management runs completely on its own — no other module required. But it shares the same guest and visit records as Queue and Survey, so the moment you add either one, they link up automatically: a walk-in from the queue can be seated at a booked table, and a feedback invite can go out the instant a visit is finalized, already knowing the guest, the table and who served them.
